Inchelium Cultural Research Center - As a community-recognized space for cultural, historical education, we pledge to provide internet access – both onsite and via wireless fidelity – hardware, and technology support to Inchelium members and affiliates, and further, incorporate digital equity into our overall strategic planning and efforts to source opportunities that better serve our cultural community and promote general wellbeing and thrivance.

The Economic Alliance pledges to support infrastructure providers and utilities through continued facilitation of the Broadband Action Team, expand digital literacy through training opportunities and direct service to clients, and ensure equitable access to computer technology and the internet through distribution of refurbished Chromebooks and the use of our Small Business Resource and Technology Center.

Wenatchee School District believes digital equity is essential for student success. Every student deserves access to tools that unlock their full potential. Our one-to-one device program drives personalized learning, innovative teaching, and expanded opportunities. Focused on technology for academic success, strong infrastructure and support, and empowering every student, we are committed to closing the digital divide.

Our Commitment: Advancing Digital Equity to Promote Independence for Individuals with Disabilities in Rural Areas At Central Washington Disability Resources (CWDR), we are committed to promoting independence for individuals with disabilities by ensuring digital equity through inclusive and accessible resources. We recognize that access to digital tools, information, and technology is no longer optional—it is essential for education, employment, healthcare, and civic participation. For individuals with disabilities, particularly in rural communities, unequal access to these resources creates deep barriers to opportunity and inclusion.

NCW Libraries is committed to digital equity by providing free access to technology services—computers, Wi-Fi, printing, and more—at all 30 branches. We offer teleconference booths, STEM tools for checkout like Ozobot Kits and Wi-Fi hotspots, and digital skills training to support our rural communities. Through ongoing partnerships and innovation, we work to close the technology gap and ensure everyone has the tools they need to thrive in a connected world.

Thriving Together NCW commits to improving digital access by funding initiatives that expand digital resources, elevating digital access on our legislative agenda, and offering free meeting space for digital literacy classes. By doing so, we strengthen vital conditions—fostering belonging through digital connection, enabling lifelong learning at every age, and opening opportunities for meaningful work in an increasingly virtual world.

Methow At Home remains dedicated to empowering older adults to thrive in today’s digital age by offering a comprehensive, resilient and free education system to bring more seniors in our community online and support them in achieving meaningful outcomes in health and wellness, social connection, creative expression, and financial security.

In 2025, Pybus Public Market commits to advancing digital access by offering free public WiFi and expanding Pybus University classes that build digital literacy for all ages. We pledge to provide a welcoming, community-centered space where technology and education connect people, strengthen skills, and create opportunity. By bridging digital gaps, we support every visitor has the ability to learn, grow, and thrive in an increasingly connected world.

In 2025, HCSC commits to advancing digital access by training Digital Navigators, launching a Digital Café for tech support, converting its Oroville classroom into a digital hub, and offering online education tailored to seniors, veterans, low-income, and marginalized residents—with a focus on digital safety and accessibility.

Our commitment is to enhance and support digital literacy for our entire community including staff, students and community members. The pledge is to provide each of these groups with tools, training and resources to thrive personally and contribute to our communities through the use of technology and resources.

Provide chromebooks to be taken home for students to work with their parents on completing the FAFSA/WASFA. This is specifically to provide access for families that are unable to attend during the day or during our scheduled evening FAFSA/WASFA events. Along with the chromebooks information on completing the FAFSA/WASFA and phone numbers to contact for support. Families will also receive information on how to access wifi services.

We are committed to helping local businesses grow by providing access to digital tools, social media training, and support using our community app. In today’s digital age, an online presence is essential. We’re here to help businesses overcome barriers and build a stronger, more connected, and resilient presence both in person and online.

To provide mobile technology centers where it increases accessibility to digital resources and training for residents who may face barriers accessing traditional brick-and-mortar facilities in rural and marginalized communities. Mobile technology vans and pop-up centers will offer tailored support to meet the specific needs of underserved communities. We can provide language-specific training, culturally relevant resources, and customized workshops to address the unique challenges faced by residents.

The Brave Warrior Project is committed to expanding digital access for individuals with disabilities and their families. With new computers and tailored trainings, we will equip participants with the tools and skills needed to connect, learn, and thrive in a digital world. By breaking down barriers to technology, we ensure our community has equal opportunities for growth, independence, and inclusion.

We commit to providing digital equity by assisting our clients and community in being equipped with digital resources through training and education opportunities. Our organization recognizes the critical importance of ensuring that all individuals and businesses in North Central Washington have equitable access to digital resources and skills. SkillSource offers ongoing training and learning opportunities that help individuals build new careers and help businesses develop strong teams.

At CAFE: The Community for the Advancement of Family Education, we believe every family and student deserves access to the tools and skills needed to thrive in today’s digital world. Our Digital Commitment Campaign invites community members, partners, and supporters to join us in closing the digital divide for all families across North Central Washington and Yakima County. Together, we can ensure our communities are connected, empowered, and prepared for the future.

We commit to provide technology tutoring and support for all senior center members, including: one-on-one tutoring to help with technology questions; group iPhone and Android smartphone classes; and group seminars on internet security topics.

To provide families in the Nespelem community with access to reliable internet and computer use, helping to remove barriers to education, employment, and essential online services. Students would gain a supportive space to complete homework and receive academic support, while parents could pursue job applications, college enrollment, and required employment training, such as food handler certifications. Through this continued investment, we aim to promote digital equity and enhance family engagement and self-sufficiency in another community we serve.

We commit to improving website accessibility by making it mobile-friendly, multilingual, and ADA-compliant. We’re also strengthening cybersecurity and patient data privacy through enhanced protections, regular audits, and patient education to build trust and support digital engagement.

We plan to continue our 2024 digital access commitment, but now we are working on reducing student access to cell phones during the school day in order to reduce distractions.

As part of our Digital Access commitment, we partner with Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare to offer telehealth services through our Rural Health Clinic. A private, modern telehealth room connects patients with OBHC professionals, eliminating barriers like limited internet or transportation. This no-cost service, launched in 2024, continues to provide accessible and equitable behavioral health care for our community.

We assist our residents as well as visitors to be able to access information digitally. When they come into our office or contact us, we will guide them though apps and websites to obtain the information they are seeking such as directions, maps, information, seek employment, ability to register or obtain tickets online.

Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center ensures digital equity by offering a private space with internet, video, and audio-equipped devices for clients and mediators participating in virtual mediation or training, supporting full access to our services regardless of digital barriers.

Tierra Learning Center seeks to use Digital Access to enhance the lives of the adults with developmental disabilities that we serve. Tierra will introduce utilization of digital access for assisting our participants in setting goals, recording data as well as creative arts using our iMac computers.

Coulee Creative is committed to increasing digital access in our community by providing a dedicated studio space for content creation, tech support, and training. We will offer free resources and workshops to help local businesses and individuals enhance their digital skills, with a focus on content creation, social media, and digital marketing. Our goal is to empower underserved groups with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the digital world.

We pledge to support digital connection and community well-being by increasing access to tools, training, and resources. By combining digital skills with substance prevention education, we aim to empower families to stay informed, connected, and healthy.

Neu Flessenow Cellars is committed to supporting digital access by offering a welcoming space with reliable Wi-Fi for guests who need to catch up on emails, host virtual meetings, present workshops, or work remotely while enjoying the beauty of our vineyard.

Wavy Petal Designs is committed to improving digital access in our rural community by upgrading our equipment, expanding our online vendor outreach, and supporting local artists and entrepreneurs through digital tools that connect them with new audiences, resources, and opportunities.

In 2025, we will implement the Digital Equity for Seniors and Immigrants Initiative, a program designed to empower two often underserved and digitally excluded populations. Through small-group, culturally sensitive sessions, we will help older adults and immigrants build confidence and skills in using smartphones, email, telehealth services, accessing immigration resources, and staying safe online.

In 2025, the Chiwawa Mosquito Control District commits to expanding digital access by launching a public website, building an email list and newsletter, and finalizing our branding to improve communication and transparency. These tools will support public health by making mosquito control information more accessible, while also encouraging community engagement and participation. Building on last year’s tech upgrades, we’re using digital tools to strengthen public trust, foster inclusion, and promote a more connected, informed, and healthy community.

Jordan Conner Marketing is making a commitment to digital equity by offering an online course called the ‘Digital Business Launchpad.’ This course teaches individuals and local brick-and-mortar businesses how to set up and run an online business from scratch. This comprehensive course covers all of the essentials, including an introduction to online business tools, establishing a digital workflow and SOPs, website development, business email list setup/management, file management, digital safety and security, and digital marketing foundations.

Blind Renaissance Inc. is committed to helping small business owners, students, and workers learn how to build and update their websites and social media pages. We will offer bilingual workshops with simple, step-by-step lessons on creating a website with Squarespace, keeping it updated, and sharing your story online. Our goal is to empower more people with skills and the tools they need to succeed online.

Nuestro compromiso 2025 es capacitar al grupo comunitario de Empresarios Latinos de Wenatchee en el uso de herramientas digitales. In 2024, hundreds of local youth gained hands-on experience with STEM and digital tools. Members built confidence in computer skills, participated in coding and STEM projects, and developed problem-solving abilities that will support their academic and career futures. Our programs helped bridge the digital divide for rural and underserved youth.

We commit to providing laptops to 2 Class of 2026 graduates who are going on to post-secondary institutions and do not have a sufficient device to take with them.

OCCDA pledges to expand digital access for families with young children in Okanogan County. By providing bilingual, hands-on support paired with an online resource directory, we will equip caregivers to connect, learn, and thrive online - making technology approachable and available when families need it. Simplifying access promotes growth, independence, and inclusion - making it easier for families to navigate online services and maintain safe digital practices at home.

As Snack'O'Loko continues its commitment to support digital connection we pledge to focus on having more availability, and access to resources and electronic equipment. We plan to implement skills, and safety while building trust in the digital world. We believe all should have access to technology and have the knowledge needed to navigate online, use telehealth, attend zoom meetings, or simply FaceTime their love ones. Our focus will be toward the older generation, young adults, and residents with language barriers.

Bates Counseling Services commits in 2025 to expanding digital access through secure EHR systems and HIPAA-compliant telehealth. By streamlining workflows, we give therapists back 6–10 hours weekly, increasing care capacity while reducing burnout. Our pledge is to ensure rural veterans and families across Central Washington can access timely, confidential, and compassionate mental health services—no matter their location or circumstances.

In 2025, MVIC will launch a new, accessible website to expand digital inclusion and reflect our mission of fostering cultural awareness of Indigenous peoples and the natural history of the Methow Valley. The site will feature updated resources, educational stories, event information, and opportunities for engagement. By strengthening our digital presence, we will increase access for rural residents, students, and visitors, while amplifying the voices of the Methow People.

Enhance Language Accessibility for families with digital tools and an interpretation app to bridge communication gaps and empower parental engagement.

To provide easy access to our community to free space located in the same building as our library with large-format video and audio capabilities for meetings, author and community presentations, college and other educational classes, and monthly movie nights for families.

We commit to supporting seniors in overcoming digital barriers by providing laptops for hands-on learning and reinforcing skills through repeated use. Through monthly Community Health Worker visits, we’ll engage in respectful, interest-driven conversations about navigating online health systems, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way.

Moses Lake Community Health Center (MLCHC) is committed to advancing digital access, equity and inclusion for all our patients, staff, the underserved and migrant farm workers in our community through educational empowerment and promoting access to modern technological tools and resources. As part of our long-standing commitment to bridging the digital divide in our community, we continue to promote digital literacy, skills development, facilitate access to online resources and strive to eliminate barriers to connected healthcare.

Communities In Schools of North Central Washington pledges to ensure equitable, secure, and accessible digital engagement for all students and families in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties. In partnership with schools, we commit to bridging the digital divide, safeguarding data privacy, and providing inclusive supports that strengthen learning, connection, and opportunity for every student we serve.

NCW Arts Alliance is dedicated to empowering working artists as they build and strengthen their social media presence. Our goal is to help artists understand not just the how of using social media, but also the why—providing best practices and practical strategies that enhance visibility, grow audiences, expand professional opportunities, and, when appropriate, support the sale of their artwork.
