Digital access is only the first step in digital equity. In this session, Ash Kunz, Digital Literacy and Learning Manager for NCW Libraries, will talk about how information literacy and library digital literacy resources can work together to help people feel more confident and capable online. Ash will break down what information literacy really looks like in everyday life — from figuring out whether a website is trustworthy, to avoiding scams, to making sense of job applications, health information, and government forms.
