Okanogan County and its 13 municipalities
The Economic Alliance pledges to support infrastructure providers and utilities through continued facilitation of the Broadband Action Team, expand digital literacy through training opportunities and direct service to clients, and ensure equitable access to computer technology and the internet through distribution of refurbished Chromebooks and the use of our Small Business Resource and Technology Center.

Our Commitment: Advancing Digital Equity to Promote Independence for Individuals with Disabilities in Rural Areas At Central Washington Disability Resources (CWDR), we are committed to promoting independence for individuals with disabilities by ensuring digital equity through inclusive and accessible resources. We recognize that access to digital tools, information, and technology is no longer optional—it is essential for education, employment, healthcare, and civic participation. For individuals with disabilities, particularly in rural communities, unequal access to these resources creates deep barriers to opportunity and inclusion.

Apply for a Microgrant

Apply for a microgrant through NCW Tech Alliance. Thriving Together NCW has generously sponsored The Digital Access Coalition Microgrant to provide financial support for organizations to implement their digital access commitments in 2025. Organizations can apply for up to $4,000 in funding to support digital equity commitments with the application linked below. Please reach out to Info@ncwtech.org with any questions.
