Welcome to NCW Tech Help!

Get online and connected to digital support.

NCW Tech Help is paving the way for a more connected tomorrow, where everyone has access to digital skills, devices, and the internet. NCW Tech Help serves residents of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan counties and the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation.

Get Online

Accessing the internet can seem overwhelming. There are many internet service providers, and it can be hard to know which ones are affordable and offer the speed you need to take classes or access telehealth appointments online. We’re here to help you figure out the highest speed, most affordable options. We can also direct you to free public Wi-Fi and computers around the region.

Wenatchee Valley Senior Activity Center

1512 Maple Street Wenatchee, Washington

The Wenatchee Valley Senior Activity Center is partnering with the NCW Tech Alliance to provide technology assistance to seniors through an in-person pop-up event on November 29 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The free pop-up event will give local seniors, as well as others in the community, an opportunity to talk with a Digital Navigator to help answer technology questions. Digital Navigators have been trained to recognize members of the community who may be at risk of losing access to community services as a result of not having internet access or tools or knowledge to access online services.
